Gallery Images

1. These images are copyrighted; their display in the gallery do not imply a waiver of any reproduction or distribution rights. Measures will be taken to protect these rights.
2. Hotlinking the images is not acceptable behaviour; the site owner reserves the right to take any measure necessary to prevent this.
3. These images are not part of a free web graphics collection. They cannot be reproduced on any site without written permission. They cannot be used to create web sets or layouts, stationery, tubes, signatures, “tags”, or any other derivative work, neither for the web nor for physical media, nor can they be retrieved remotely from external sites

Poser files

1. The sets and constituting parts are copyrighted; their availability for download on this site does not imply a waiver of any reproduction or distribution rights. Measures will be taken to protect these rights.
2. These files cannot be made available on any other site without written permission.
3. The renders created with the Poser sets can be used commercially or non commercially; however, any redistribution of the sets themselves, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden
4. Full Terms of Service are available on each set’s ReadMe file. Please read carefully, and if in doubt, ask.
5. The sets remain the sole property of Arien Graphics Ltd., and can be retired from the collection and public usage at the owner’s sole discretion. The owner reserves the right to deny the ussage of the sets.

7. Any user whose usage of this site is deemed suspicious (for instance, by attempting multiple simultaneous downloads of the same file) or who is found behaving in a malicious manner will be banned and his ISP notified; I reserve the right to seek compensation for any costs incurred by their behaviour, be it in extensive server charges or my own time.
